decent location and good room
central location tube connection family room broken elevator limited breakfast inattentive staff
The location felt quite central. there were convenient tube connections nearby. I found getting around easy. the room i booked, a family room, offered ample space. the bathroom was clean with modern fixtures.
The elevator was out of service, it posed a problem with luggage. i was on the third floor. breakfast did not quite meet expectations. The selection seemed limited. the staff could have been more attentive to requests.

some issues during stay
broken elevator no assistance
the room was clean. that's about it.
the elevator wasn't working, they didn't told me until i got there. my room was on the third floor. no one helped with my luggage and i had to carry it myself up all those flights of stairs

Staff allowed an early check-in at 9 am. The room featured both carpet and wooden flooring. The bathroom had tile finishing. good shower gel and shampoo. A safe was in the room, along with a large TV.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet near the bed. Otherwise, I found my room clean and well-kept .

My room provided space with a bed, a desk, and a seating area. There was also a wardrobe for storage and climate control. The soundproofing seemed effective, as I experienced no disturbances from outside noise.
